Mr. Gunsburg's practice is focused on commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation. He has been involved in a wide variety of complex commercial litigations, representing both plaintiffs and defendants at the trial and appellate level, including representing property owners and developers in actions relating to construction projects, and representing owners in contract disputes with their lenders.
