Reliable, Effective Legal Representation
At the Manhattan law firm of Wasserman Grubin & Rogers, L.L.P., we serve clients throughout the New York City region and beyond with a dedication to working hand-in-hand with business, individual, governmental and nonprofit clients to meet their legal and practical needs.
Whether you need help structuring a business transaction, preparing or negotiating a construction agreement or lease, initiating commercial litigation, resolving a real estate dispute through arbitration, addressing problems with a government contract, or dealing with other commercial matters, contact us to consult with one of our partners.
Big-Firm Backgrounds, Small-Firm Advantages
Our firm was founded in 1983. Many of our attorneys (including all three partners) have backgrounds at large law firms. By leaving behind the big-firm model, we can now focus on providing quality services without billing clients for the costs of training brand-new lawyers or maintaining a large organization.
We began as a general commercial litigation firm, but quickly discovered certain practice areas where there was a particular need for experienced, detail-oriented attorneys accustomed to representing sophisticated business and government clients.
We have developed a strong reputation for our work in the areas of construction, real estate, state and local government contracts, and litigation and arbitration. In addition, we have been called upon to represent clients in a wide variety of other commercial contexts.
Experienced and Respected Attorneys
Partners at the firm have been selected for recognition in New York Super Lawyers, included in Best Lawyers of America, and/or have received Martindale-Hubbell's AV peer review rating* (prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome).
Our attorneys have practiced before the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division and Court of Appeals; several U.S. District Courts (primarily the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York); and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
We encourage you to contact us to discuss our credentials and qualifications, as well as the variety of representation we offer.
