Biography

Marissa's practice focuses on commercial and businss litigation representing owners, architects, designers, developers, and construction contractors in complex construction and real estate disputes. During her time at Brooklyn Law School, Marissa was a member and coach for Brooklyn Law School's Moot Court Honor Society, Appellate Division (Teams: Philip C. JESSUP International Moot Court Competition, Duberstein Bankruptcy Competition). She was also part of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law and published her article on U.S. Technology Laws: Revising U.S. Privacy Laws: New Laws are Required to Fill in the Gaps of Current and Proposed Legislation to Account for New Technologies and Future Emergencies (Vol. 16, Issue 1). Marissa also received two CALI Awards during law school.

Marissa also interned in the Court of International Trade and the Eastern District of New York.

Marissa was a former attorney at Kennedys CMK in the Financial Lines and Data Privacy groups
