Ariana Marte Acevedo

Ms. Acevedo's practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction, real estate, and contractual disputes. She represents owners. architect, contractors, and other professionals in complex business disputes.

As part of her real estate transactions practice, Ms. Acevedo also represents buyers and sellers of high-end residential properties throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Ms. Acevedo is a Second Year Associate at Wasserman Grubin & Rogers and Joined the firm after graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of law in 2015. Prior to joining the practice, Ms. Acevedo worked in the Real Estate Finance Division of the New York State Department of Financial Services addressing federal and state regulatory provisions and initiatives affecting residential and commercial real estate property lending.
