Guiting Lu

Rosaline (Guiting) Lu is a graduate of Columbia Law School with several years of experience in commercial and business litigation, focusing on construction-related disputes. She represents owners, developers, architects, contractors, and other construction professionals in construction disputes involving contracts, payment and change orders, defects, delays, and professional liability. In addition to her construction practice, Rosaline has represented clients in securities class actions, antitrust litigation, and employment disputes.
