Biography
Mr. Rogers has been involved in the construction industry and built environment for over 40 years and is entering his 30th year as an attorney practicing construction law. Mr. Rogers’ practice areas encompass all aspects of construction law from contract drafting and negotiations on the transactional side to litigation and alternate dispute resolution involving the prosecution or defense of construction claims. He has represented all participants in the construction and design communities and built environment from owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, suppliers, vendors, tenants and unit owners.
Mr. Rogers has successfully represented his clients at trials, appeals, arbitrations and in mediations. He has also drafted and/or negotiated development agreements, owner-contractor agreements, owner-construction manager agreements, owner’s representative agreements, design professional agreements, trade contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders. Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of the related business dynamics is invaluable in assisting a client pursuing a new project or representing a client in the courtroom.
