Ashwin Sathyanath

Ashwin Sathyanath is an associate at Wasserman Grubin & Rogers LLP in New York, where he focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction and real estate disputes. He represents architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and cooperative and condominium owners in matters involving construction defects, contractual disputes, professional liability, and property-related claims.

Before joining the firm in September 2025, Ashwin spent seven years litigating in India (2016–2023), where he represented institutional and individual clients across a wide range of commercial and constitutional matters. He brings extensive courtroom experience and a cross-border perspective to his practice.
